Make sure all physical devices (microphones, headphones, etc.) are connected to your computer before opening MAXScribe.
NOTE: It is recommended that you disable Exclusive Mode on your speakers and microphone. Disabling this mode allows more availability of the audio device to more simultaneous applications. These settings will save after they have been set.

Record To: Specify where MAXScribe should save the audio recording file (*.sgmca). By default, the audio file will be saved to the same location as the job transcript. It is recommended to keep the audio file with the rest of the MAXScribe job files.
Open CaseTestify. Choose your preferred microphone and camera. Your speakers will automatically be set to the Windows Default Playback Device. If you need to change your microphone and/or camera during the job, please check out our article on Camera/Mic Switcher Explained.
Under Route Audio Output, all members on record should be assigned to individual channels.
