Luminex & NexGen Bluetooth Setup Guides

The following guides will show you how to install the Stenograph Bluetooth software onto your computer and configure it for the Luminex series and NexGen writers. Be sure to download the correct guide for your Operating System as the setups are different. If you have difficulty installing or configuring the Bluetooth software, please contact Technical Support at 1-800-323-4247.

NOTE: If you are using Stenograph Bluetooth for the Luminex & NexGen writers with CaseViewNet Cloud Gateway, you will need to install Gateway first then Stenograph Bluetooth, otherwise you will receive a COM port error when using Cloud Gateway.
