CaseViewNet Browser Edition

CaseViewNet Browser Edition allows clients to connect to reporter's realtime feed using just an internet connection and a web browser.  Clients can use just about any electronic device such as an iPhone, iPad, PC, Mac, or Android device.

1. Open your web browser and go to www.caseviewnet.com.

2. Type in the Cloud Session Code, the CaseView password, and your name in their respective fields.

   The Company Name, and E-Mail fields are optional.  The e-mail address is used to e-mail a copy of the transcript if the reporter has given you save rights.

   

3. Click Connect, to begin the CaseViewNet session.  For information on CaseViewNet Browser Edition's features, check out our Quick Reference Guide.

iCVNet App

If you need to download the iCVNet app, open the App Store on your iPad and search for "iCVNet" or "Stenograph".  Tap Get to install the app.

Note: iCVNet is only compatible with iPads and not iPhones.  If you need to connect to CaseViewNet with an iPhone, please refer to the CaseViewNet Browser Edition instructions above.

1. Open the ICVNet app, then tap the Connect button in the upper left corner.

   

2. In the Connection List, tap Internet Connection, then tap Connect.

   

3. In the dialog box, type in your Cloud Session Code, and the CaseView password and tap OK.  For information about iCVNet's features, check out our Quick Reference Guide.

   

Windows App

If you need to download the Windows version of CVNet, you can download it here.

1. Open CaseViewNet and in the Menu Bar, click Realtime, Connect (Alt-r, c).

   

2. The Connection Wizard displays.  Click Next.

   

   If the Connection Wizard does not display try the following steps.

   1. In CaseViewNet, select Options, System Options. The System Options dialog box displays.

      

   2. In the System Options dialog box under the CaseViewNet Settings section, click Connection.

   3. In the Use Connection Wizard field, select Yes.

   4. Click OK to save the settings then click the Connect button again.

3. In the Creating a connection screen, click the radio button next to By Session Code.  Type in the Session Code and click Next.

   

4. Click Next, then Next again to get to the Login Credentials screen.  Type in your Name, Organization, and Caseview password then click Next.

   

5. At the Completing the connection screen, click Finish to connect being the CaseView session. For information about CaseViewNet Windows app features, check out our Quick Reference Guide.
