From Manage Jobs, highlight the desired file and either click the Print icon, click File, Print or (Ctrl-p).
The Print dialog box displays.
Click the down arrow next to Printer and choose the Stenograph PDF Printer.
Under Output click the radio button next to Draft, Final, or Compressed.
If you wish to add a digital signature or encrypt the PDF, check the boxes next to Sign PDF and Encrypt PDF.
Under Range, select which pages to print. Entire File is the default.
When finished with the Print Options, click Print in the lower left corner.
The Save PDF dialog box appears.
Select the location where you want to save the PDF. By default it will save to you CATalyst user but if you would like to save it to a location on your computer (Desktop, USB flash drive, etc.), click the Browse button.
Check Attach to e-mail to automatically open your default e-mail package with the PDF as an attachment.
Check Remember Save Location to have Print remember the location for your PDFs.
Click Save to print the PDF.
